We currently have 2 positions open thru the remainder of the fiscal year, May 31, 2024. We can appoint these positions temporarily until the next annual meeting and elections. The positions are Clubhouse Director and Architectural and Compliance Committee Chairperson (not a Board position but is responsible for autonomous recommendations to the Board regarding building approvals as well as violations and compliance issues. This is a critical position which we created with recent legislation to ensure all members have an unbiased way to appeal adverse decisions regarding CCR’s and building approvals.
