CLFPOA Community Bulletin Board
The bulletin board is maintained by the CLFPOA as a courtesy to its members. It’s a great way to keep posted on community events, volunteer opportunities, and sharing your business card (MEMBERS ONLY) with neighbors. If you have something you would like posted on the bulletin board, please email our Secretary – [email protected] or join us at a meeting. You may also drop your card or suggestion in our suggestion box at the clubhouse by the bulletin board.
CLFPOA Annual Meeting
The 2024 Property Owner’s annual meeting will be held Saturday, June 8th at the Clubhouse, 2699 Canyon Lake Forest Dr. Meeting will commence at 10:00AM following a light continental breakfast starting at 9:00AM.
Membership to vote on the 2023-2024 Annual Budget and open positions for the upcoming year (1 OPEN BOARD POSITION AND 3 COMMITTEE CHAIR POSITIONS OPEN). We will discuss old and new business in addition to various potential events and committee positions available. We hope to see you there!

**UPDATE – POOL OPENS FOR SEASON MAY 21, 2024**
PAST NEWS –
Canyon Lake Forest Family,
We finally have the funds and reserves to move forward with the pool renovation that was approved at last year’s Annual Meeting. We obtained 3 separate bids from local pool builders and presented for final votes at the March meeting. We have now signed a contract with Gary Pools who happens to be the original builder of our pool many years ago. They feel they can complete the job in 3-4 weeks, barring any weather issues. Having said that, our mutual goal is to have the project completed to open the first weekend in May. We are very excited to finally be able to get our much needed repairs done on the decking and plaster as well as a few other cosmetic and mechanical upgrades that will bring us to code per regulations.

Regular Pool hours during season are Tuesday through Sunday, 10AM-8PM and closed every Monday, except for holidays. Members must be in good standing (dues current and no outstanding violations) to use the pool. NO GUESTS ALLOWED WITHOUT THE OWNER/MEMBER – Vacation Renters ARE NOT ALLOWED to use pool without member present. Anyone who does not follow the rules can have their cards disabled. Volunteers Needed!
We currently have Board and Committee Positions that will be open for vote at the Annual Meeting on June 8th, 2024 and we are always in need of volunteers to help with various projects, both new and ongoing.
